ROAR Response to Racial Trauma
The ROAR Response to Racial Trauma training is a reflective space to raise the awareness and understanding of Racial Trauma. To consider the role we all play in being an ally to others whilst being honest and curious to have open conversations to learn and listen to a collective voice. To develop a framework that supports the practice of Allyship on a personal, interpersonal and structural level across the school community. Exploring ways of building resilience to establish an ongoing platform for change.
